As a Senior Implementation Consultant on Prophix's Professional Services team, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex Prophix One implementations for enterprise finance clients - guiding them from initial scoping through to a successful go-live and beyond. You'll work closely with finance leaders, internal delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate sophisticated FP&A requirements into scalable, high-impact platform configurations. Your work directly shapes how finance teams operate, giving clients the capability and confidence to sustain and grow Prophix One independently long after the engagement closes.

What You Will Do

Implementation Delivery

· Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large, complex Prophix One FP&A and CPM implementations, operating with a high degree of autonomy and minimal dependency on Solutions Architecture involvement.

· Run discovery sessions and solution design workshops independently, translating complex client requirements into scalable Prophix configurations without requiring architect oversight for standard engagements.

· Own the quality, timeline, and commercial outcome of each engagement, serving as the primary delivery authority from pre-kickoff scoping through post-go-live hypercare.

· Manage multiple concurrent complex client projects, applying advanced organisational discipline and proactive risk management to keep all engagements on track.

· Balance timelines, risks, dependencies, and client expectations across multiple concurrent projects; maintain strong utilization performance and proactively manage scope.

· Serve as an escalation point for delivery challenges, applying senior judgement to resolve scope, technical, and stakeholder issues with limited management involvement.

Client Engagement

· Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CFOs, VPs of Finance, and Controllers, acting as a credible peer at the executive level throughout the engagement.

· Lead client training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring finance teams can independently sustain and extend the Prophix platform beyond go-live.

· Communicate confidently with client leadership on project health, risks, and strategic decisions, maintaining high satisfaction across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

Internal Contribution

· Act as a subject matter expert and informal mentor to Consultant-level colleagues, sharing delivery knowledge and supporting the development of the broader PS team.

· Lead and contribute to internal methodology improvement, tooling, and best practice initiatives, helping to raise the delivery standard across the NA region.

· Contribute to pre-sales activities including scoping, effort estimation, and solution demonstrations where senior delivery credibility is required.

· Actively embed AI-assisted workflows into delivery practice, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and output quality across the engagement lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

· Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

· 5+ years of experience in a consulting, implementation, or finance systems role, with a demonstrated track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder engagements end-to-end

· Proven ability to run full-cycle FP&A or CPM implementations independently - covering discovery, solution design, configuration, and training - with limited architect dependency

· Deep working knowledge of GAAP, FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, planning), and financial statement preparation

· Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, including financial modelling and platform configuration experience

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated confidence engaging CFO and VP-level stakeholders across complex, multi-party projects

· Strong project management discipline, with experience managing multiple concurrent implementations using structured planning tools and methodologies

· Based in the Greater Toronto Area, legally entitled to work in Canada, and able to travel domestically and internationally as required with a valid passport

· High proficiency in spoken and written English

· Comfortable using AI tools to improve delivery productivity, documentation quality, or client-facing outputs, with a curious mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

· Able to learn new tools and adapt as technology and workflows evolve.

· Curious, open to new approaches, and motivated to continuously improve.

· Collaborative mindset when working across teams and with AI supported tooling.

Preferred Qualifications

· Direct hands-on experience implementing Prophix One FP&A or a comparable CPM platform such as Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive, or TM1/Planning Analytics at a senior delivery level

· Experience with ERP data integration patterns across platforms such as SAP, Unit4, NetSuite, or Dynamics 365

· Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA

Compensation

The total target compensation for this role is $90,000 CAD to $106,000 CAD, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
