This role goes beyond just driving-you’ll be responsible for key pickups and drop-offs, deliveries to and from our properties, purchasing essential items, and even assisting with basic property maintenance. A valid driver’s license and knowledge of the city are a must!\nWhat you will be doing:\nPick up and drop off keys\n\nCollection and delivery of items to and from our properties\n\nPurchasing of items at numerous stores\n\nFacilitating access to contractors when they are working in our properties\n\nBasic maintenance at our properties (Ie - changing of light bulbs, putting batteries in TV remotes)\n\nHere’s our description of the ideal person for this job:\nDriver’s License (Code B, EB, or C1), must be valid and in good standing\n\n3+ years of experience in driving services and as an on-site driver in the customer service and/or hospitality industry\n\nUnderstanding of the area's roads, locations, and traffic patterns\n\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\n\nGreat time management skills\n\nGood knowledge of the English language - both written and verbal\n\nPositive attitude, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently or within a team\n\nAbility to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality\n\nComfortable with technology\n\nBenefits\nAt Propr, we’re all about building an amazing place to work - together.
