Clubhouse Operations:\nOversee daily operations of the clubhouse including gym, swimming pool, indoor games, party hall, etc.\n\nEnsure timely opening and closing of the clubhouse as per defined schedule.\n\nMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all amenities.\n\n2. Resident Interaction:\nAct as the first point of contact for residents using clubhouse facilities.\n\nHandle resident queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve them promptly.\n\nAssist residents in booking amenities (party hall, tennis court, etc.).\n\n3. Facility Maintenance & Coordination:\nCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure all facilities are functional and presentable.\n\nConduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and infrastructure are in good condition.\n\nReport and follow up on repair/maintenance issues with the technical team.\n\n4. Event Management:\nAssist in organizing community events, fitness classes, and clubhouse activities.\n\nCoordinate with vendors and service providers for event logistics.\n\n5. Documentation & Reporting:\nMaintain records of clubhouse bookings, resident feedback, and equipment maintenance logs.\n\nSubmit daily and monthly reports to the Facility Manager.\n\n6.
