The AI Coordinator supports day-to-day project activities based on predefined production requirements and communicated project scope. Tasks may include but are not limited to client data management, project set up, scheduling, quote preparation, project file organization, and placing tasks with linguists.\nThe AI Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to coordinate the completion of non-client-facing project activities to assist the Project Manager in the successful execution of client projects. This includes resource allocation and task coordination for a variety of localization projects. The AI Coordinator will actively participate in meetings to discuss open and emerging business issues for assigned accounts and make recommendations for improvements.\nAbout Generate\nWe help our customers Generate better content, at scale\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform day-to-day administrative tasks related to project life cycle\nSupport project team members as necessary to perform and complete daily project tasks \nSupport your team with regards to client requirements, needs and requests such as asset management, reporting, and meetings \nCoordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across technical and business teams.\nKeep project schedules on track and ensure on-time delivery, produce reports; maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.\nTrack project progress and proactively identify potential risks, blockers, and dependencies.\nSupport project managers and program managers in delivering strategic initiatives.\nMaintain project documentation in tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.\nCompiles reports on daily production and quality. \nResponsible for compiling timekeeping records for project level. \nCommunicates project details and training with crowd resources. \nAddresses project issues on a resource level. \nWork with other PCs, PMs, and SPMs to ensure appropriate coverage of all duties within the appropriate process flow. \nRespond to ambiguities/changes/updates from PM(s) and/or SPM(s) in a timely manner. \nIdentify and communicate process improvements or areas of waste to enhance process flow and promote efficiency. \nComplete daily reporting process flow to ensure proper hand off to the next shift owners. \nMeet or exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs pertaining to the specific process flow of the assigned project. \nAdditional duties as required. \nSkills & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n1-2 years of project coordination, project management, operations, or technical program support experience.\nExperience working with technical teams supporting software, infrastructure, systems, or technology projects.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google Suite, including Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Word/Docs, and Teams/GChat.\nExperience using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nLife at RWS\nLife at RWS- If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS.\nOur purpose is to unlock global understanding.
