The Delivery team offers clients access to the world’s largest linguistic network, including more than 1,600 in-house translators and in excess of 29,000 freelance specialists, whose cultural and technical expertise underpin 24/7 service provision in over 80 countries.\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nSourcing & Recruitment Analytics\nCollect, clean, and analyze high-volume data from applicant tracking systems (ATS), community portals, and external sourcing channels.\nEvaluate the ROI of recruitment marketing campaigns, job board spend, and local community outreach strategies.\nIdentify bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel, from initial application and vetting/testing to onboarding and project assignment, proposing data-driven process optimizations.\nCreate reporting solutions that go beyond basic dashboards, including advanced metrics, trend analysis, segmentation, and automated insights.\nLeverage AI tools and agents to automate analysis, reporting and data validation.\nCapacity Planning & Supply-Demand Forecasting\nPartner with Talent Management and account teams to analyze upcoming project pipelines and resource demands.\nAnalyze existing community capacities across specific locales, language tiers, and specialized subject-matter domains\nDevelop predictive models and gap analysis reports to alert recruiters to looming talent shortages, enabling proactive sourcing campaigns.\nReporting, Dashboard Development & KPI Tracking\nDesign, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., Cost Per Hire, Time to Onboard, Pass Rates, Community Drop-off Rates).\nPresent weekly, monthly, and quarterly talent operations reviews to senior leadership, providing clear narratives behind the numbers.\nStandardize data collection methodologies across talent finding and management teams to ensure alignment.\nData Governance & Integrity\nMaintain high standards of data hygiene and integrity within our global community management databases.\nSkills & Experience\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.\nExperience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally with a strong focus on Talent Analytics, Workforce Planning, Operations, or within a high-volume global crowdsourcing/localization model.\nData Manipulation: Advanced SQL skills are required for querying and merging large, complex relational databases.\nData Visualization: Proven proficiency in designing interactive dashboards in Power BI, or similar BI tools.
