# LV Project Manager(Night Shift)

Job Purpose Job Purpose Under the general supervision of a Program Manager, the Scoping & Licensing Consultant supports both licensing activities for Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) instruments and project planning activities for Linguistic Validation (LV) translation projects. This role is responsible for conducting licensing research, supporting instrument profile development, generating licensing inputs for quotations, preparing and processing LV project quotes, coordinating project assignments with vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with company quality standards. The position exercises independent judgment on standard to moderately complex tasks and escalates higher-complexity issues as appropriate.
