The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for project-related activities, proactively addressing challenges, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.\nAbout Generate\nWe help our customers Generate better content, at scale.\nJob Overview\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.\nEnsure adherence to client requirements, quality standards, and performance metrics throughout project execution.\nServe as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with Senior Program Managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.\nLead, coach, and support Project Coordinators, promoting effective task execution, accountability, and quality assurance across deliverables.\nMonitor project performance and oversee the preparation of daily production reports, KPI tracking, and status updates.\nProactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project risks and issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to improve project workflows, enhance collaboration, and drive operational efficiency.\nSupport Agile project management practices and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.\nManage end-of-day reporting and project transitions to ensure seamless handoffs, operational continuity, and stakeholder visibility.\nSkills & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n3-5 years of project coordination, project management, operations, or technical program support experience.\nExperience working with technical teams supporting software, infrastructure, systems, or technology projects.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google Suite, including Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Word/Docs, and Teams/GChat.\nExperience using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nLife at RWS\nLife at RWS- If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS.\nOur purpose is to unlock global understanding.
