Your role is to understand what clients want to achieve, review their advertising performance and recommend solutions that can improve campaign results and grow their business. \nAs a Digital Sales Representative you will\n Manage and develop relationships with business clients and agency partners\nUnderstand clients’ business goals and advertising needs\nReview campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement\nRecommend relevant advertising solutions and campaign optimizations\nIdentify opportunities to grow client accounts and advertising investment\nManage follow-ups, opportunities and results in CRM\nWork towards individual sales and revenue targets\n Salary & Bonuses\n Base salary: 1,100 gross/month 14\nFixed project bonus: 300 gross/month\nPerformance bonus: up to 250 gross/month\nWelcome bonus: 1,000 gross in total, paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately 83 gross/month during your first year\n2 additional base-salary payments per year - 2,200 gross total\n Up Hellas meal card: 3 net per worked day (approximately 60 net/month), increasing to 6 net per worked day (approximately 120 net/month) after one year\nAverage monthly gross package:
