Your role is to understand what clients want to achieve, review their advertising performance and recommend solutions that can improve campaign results and grow their business. \nManage and develop relationships with business clients and agency partners\nUnderstand clients’ business goals and advertising needs\nReview campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement\nRecommend relevant advertising solutions and campaign optimizations\nIdentify opportunities to grow client accounts and advertising investment\nManage follow-ups, opportunities and results in CRM\nWork towards individual sales and revenue targets\n Salary & Bonuses\n Base salary: 1,200 gross/month 14\nFixed project bonus: 300 gross/month\nPerformance bonus: up to 250 gross/month\nWelcome bonus: 1,000 gross in total, paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately 83 gross/month during your first year\n2 additional base-salary payments per year -
