Implementation Consultant II

The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting product deliveries, assigned tasks within the delivery process including requirements submission to technical teams, testing, and delivery of our business solutions.

What You'll do

• Own the end-to-end implementation and technical onboarding of assigned customers, including requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Independently drive assigned implementation projects, creating and managing project plans, tracking milestones and timelines, coordinating dependencies, and adjusting plans as needed to keep implementations on track.

• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers, managing expectations, communicating project status and deliverables, and escalating issues when appropriate.

• Manage day-to-day execution of implementation projects, including project planning, issue management, documentation, status updates, and customer communication.

• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate customer needs into clear business and technical requirements and project deliverables.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure required work is completed on time and meets customer and project expectations.

• Assist with resource coordination and management of customer requests, balancing priorities, timelines, and project requirements while maintaining accurate time tracking.

• Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation, end-user coordination, issue resolution, and obtaining user acceptance sign-off.

• Communicate completed initiatives, key deliverables, and implemented solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Apply business knowledge and analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and more efficient ways of working.

• Proactively contribute to improving implementation processes, tools, templates, and documentation to streamline and scale team operations.

• Contribute to the Knowledge Base.

• Develop product expertise and support extended teams with troubleshooting, product configuration, and implementation-related questions.

• Support the preparation of customer meetings, presentations, documentation, and other project deliverables.

What You have

• 2+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, business analysis, technical consulting, or a related role.

• Demonstrated experience independently driving implementation or project work, including managing timelines, priorities, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.

• Experience working with APIs and familiarity with XML documents.

• Experience with technical integrations, systems, or IT environments.

• Experience working within teams using Agile software development methodologies.

• Experience managing UAT and coordinating user acceptance/sign-off.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and an appropriate sense of urgency.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal cross-functional teams.

• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable deliverables.

• Comfortable working with new software tools and technologies and learning new products quickly.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• Understanding of and interest in the digital/online market.

• Native-level English language proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of web development, web design, or software engineering concepts.

• Experience in digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, Display, Email, or Social.

• Experience with e-commerce technologies and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

• Spanish language proficiency.

Your Pathway To Success

Within 3 months:

• Complete the training schedule for new team members and build a strong understanding of our products, implementation processes, and internal tools.

• Develop a thorough understanding of the development sprint planning process, timelines, and dependencies.

• Follow ongoing product deliveries and participate in day-to-day implementation activities.

• Contribute to process and implementation documentation while training.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the product CMS:

• Set up new customers in CMS according to agreed-upon requirements.

• Complete pre-development requirements and coordinate development tickets.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product delivery activities.

• Demonstrate an understanding of how implementation requirements translate into technical work and customer deliverables.

Within 6 months:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, the Product Life Cycle (PLC), and the implementation process.

• Independently manage requirements for the input and output of development tickets related to assigned projects.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage implementation dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.

• Demonstrate proficiency in technical integrations, including working with APIs and XML documents.

• Demonstrate expertise in product CMS and assist with CMS-related tasks.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer requests, escalating issues when appropriate.

• Independently manage UAT activities, including coordinating with end users, tracking issues, and obtaining acceptance.

• Begin independently managing assigned implementation workstreams and customer deliverables.

Within 12 months:

• Independently drive assigned implementations from requirements through testing and deployment, following established processes.

• Manage customer communication, expectations, timelines, and deliverables throughout assigned projects.

• Perform advanced product troubleshooting, identify root causes, and determine appropriate solutions or escalation paths.

• Independently document complex business and technical requirements without relying on templates.

• Lead product deliveries and implementation projects with minimal oversight.

• Effectively coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet customer expectations.

• Identify and implement process improvements that increase the efficiency and scalability of product deliveries.

• Demonstrate strong product and technical expertise and serve as a resource to the broader team for troubleshooting, configuration, and implementation questions.
