This role focuses on implementing, scaling, and maintaining ML components while learning to translate research prototypes into production systems in collaboration with senior engineers and data scientists.\nDay in the Life of the Machine Learning Engineer I:\nImplement machine learning models and data pipelines based on guidance from senior engineers and scientists. \nAssistin converting research prototypes into reliable, scalable production workflows.\nSupport development of data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.\nContribute to model training, evaluation, and performance tuning.\nDeploy andmonitorML models in batch and near real-time environments.\nDebug issues in data pipelines and model performance with support from senior team members.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.\nCollaborate with software engineers to integrate ML components into production systems.\nRequired Qualifications - About you:\nDegree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field(Masters preferred).\nExperience in machine learning, data science, orrelated area(internships included).\nProficiencyinPythonandfamiliaritywithMLlibraries(suchasNumpy,Pandas,Scikit-learn).\nExperience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow and/orPyTorch)and/ormachine learning workflows.\nKnowledge ofcore Machine Learning and AI models.\nStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.\nHighly Preferred:\nExposure toadvanced ML techniques and large-scale optimization problems.\nExperience deploying,monitoring, andmaintainingML models for batch and real-time inference.\nExperience in pricing, revenue management and offer optimization.\nAI Fluency & Growth Mindset- We welcome candidates who:\nUnderstand core AI concepts and apply them ethically to enhance productivity, insights, and decision-making.\nCraft effective prompts to optimize the quality and relevance of AI-generated outputs.\nExplore and apply agentic AI systems, using or managing autonomous agents to streamline workflows and automate tasks.\nLeverage AI tools to boost efficiency, creativity, and innovation in their daily work.\nStay curious and adaptable, continuously experimenting with AI-driven solutions to elevate team performance and customer impact.\nWhy Join PROS?\nPROS culture and its extraordinary people are at the core of our success.
