capabilities.\n\nAssistsdevelopment teams in adopting cloud and DevOps practices and using the platform effectively.\n\nSupports the implementation and maintenance of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for applications, infrastructure, and shared services.\n\nInvestigatesoperational issues, contributes to troubleshooting activities, and escalates complex matters whenappropriate.\n\nLearnsabout new tools, technologies, and cloud-native patterns andsharesrelevant findings with the team.\n\nWorks within a Scrum/Agile environment, contributes to the DevOps backlog, andparticipatesin sprint ceremonies.\n\nCollaborates with cross-functional teams to follow and continuously improve deployment and operational practices.\n\nRequiredQualifications-Aboutyou:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nFoundational experience working with Linux environments and writing basic Bash scripts.\n\nFamiliarity with automation or scripting using Bash and/or Python.\n\nBasic knowledge of at least one cloud platform, such as AWS or Azure.\n\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker, and an understanding of container orchestration concepts.\n\nExposure to CI/CD concepts and tools, such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.\n\nExperience using Git and familiarity with modern software development workflows.\n\nBasic understanding of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting concepts.Exposure totools such as Prometheus, Grafana,Graylog, or Loki is an advantage.\n\nUnderstanding ofnetworking fundamentals, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, and SSH.\n\nGood analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek guidance and escalate complex issues whenappropriate.\n\nAbility to contribute across automation, deployments, operations, and application support activities.\n\nResponsibleand proactive approach to assigned work, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.\n\nGoodcommunicationand collaboration skills.\n\nStrong interest in learningnew technologiesand developingexpertisein complex business domains.\n\nHighlyPreferred:\nBasic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\n\nExposure to Kubernetes and Helm.\n\nFamiliarity with incident response and production support processes.\n\nExposureto secretsmanagement solutions, such as AWS Secrets Manager or Azure Key Vault.\n\nFamiliarity with messaging platforms, such as
