This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, program/project management, technology, and organizational change. You will work with business teams, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to turn business priorities into successful initiatives, including process improvements, system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and new capabilities.\nA key principle is that business teams own their processes, requirements, priorities, decisions, and outcomes. You will work across CRM, PLM, ERP, and other enterprise applications, while also contributing to broader initiatives involving data, integrations, cloud technologies, automation, AI, security, and other emerging technologies.\nPlease note this is an in-office position, located at our head office in Ottawa, ON, address: 2650 Queensview Dr. Unit #150, Ottawa, ON K2B 8H6.\nNumber of vacancies for this role: 1\nYOUR CHALLENGE:\nBusiness Partnership & Analysis\nBuild strong relationships with business leaders, process owners, subject matter experts, and end users.\nFacilitate discovery and requirements sessions to understand business needs, processes, challenges, priorities, and desired outcomes.\nTranslate business needs into clear requirements and actionable initiatives.\nChallenge assumptions and help distinguish the underlying business need from a proposed technology solution.\nEvaluate opportunities based on business value, effort, risk, dependencies, strategic alignment, and organizational readiness.\nHelp business teams make decisions, establish priorities, and maintain ownership throughout initiatives.\nProgram & Project Management\nLead initiatives involving CRM, PLM, ERP, and other business systems and technologies from discovery through implementation and adoption.\nDevelop project plans, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, communications, and measures of success.\nCoordinate business teams, IT, vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.\nManage risks, issues, decisions, actions, and deliverables while keeping initiatives moving forward.\nProvide leadership and stakeholders with clear visibility into progress, priorities, risks, roadblocks, and required decisions.\nManage multiple initiatives and help establish priorities across the portfolio.\nSystems & Process Improvement\nWork with business teams to develop improvement roadmaps for key systems and processes.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, improve integration and data, reduce duplication, and make better use of existing technology.\nCoordinate system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and related process changes.\nMaintain a prioritized pipeline of improvements aligned with business and technology strategy.\nIdentify where automation, AI, and emerging technologies could provide meaningful business value.\nChange Management & Adoption\nBuild communication, training, documentation, and adoption into project plans from the outset.\nWork with business leaders and subject matter experts to prepare teams for change.\nEnsure appropriate business ownership is established following implementation.\nGather feedback, address adoption challenges, and assess whether expected business outcomes are being achieved.\nImplementation is not complete when the technology goes live. It is complete when the business successfully adopts the change and realizes the intended value.\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:\nWe are looking for someone who combines strong business analysis and project leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.\nExperience in business analysis, project/program management, business systems, or a related technology role.\nExperience with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, PLM, or similar business systems.\nStrong requirements gathering, process analysis, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies.\nExperience taking initiatives from discovery and requirements through implementation and adoption.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to translate between business and technical audiences.\nAbility to create structure and momentum when requirements, priorities, ownership, or solutions are initially unclear.\nPractical, business-oriented approach to technology and continuous improvement.\nExperience with any of the following is an asset:\nManufacturing, engineering, or project-based environments\nData migration, integration, reporting, or automation\nCloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technology governance\nAI and emerging technologies\nVendor and implementation-partner management\nFormal project, business analysis, or change-management practices\nPMP, CBAP, Prosci, Agile, or related certifications\nDeep expertise in any one business application is not required.
