# Business Systems Program Manager

We are looking for a Business Systems Program Manager to drive improvements to our core business systems and broader technology environment. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, program/project management, technology, and organizational change. You will work with business teams, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to turn business priorities into successful initiatives, including process improvements, system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and new capabilities. A key principle is that business teams own their processes, requirements, priorities, decisions, and outcomes. You provide the structure, analysis, facilitation, project leadership, and coordination needed to turn those priorities into results. You will work across CRM, PLM, ERP, and other enterprise applications, while also contributing to broader initiatives involving data, integrations, cloud technologies, automation, AI, security, and other emerging technologies.
