In this role, you will support critical day-to-day operations to support planning, organizing, and preparing team members for their deployments to clients’ water parks.\nPlease note this is an in-office position, located at our head office in Ottawa, ON, address: 2650 Queensview Dr. Unit #150, Ottawa, ON K2B 8H6.\nNumber of vacancies for this role: 1\nYOUR CHALLENGE:\nDeployment Planning:\nCollaborate with the GFS Field Lead and Project Managers on upcoming project needs for manpower and scheduling\nManage and maintain the deployment schedules\nPartner with project management, and customer service to assign field services team members to construction and after-sales projects\nSupport the Global Field Services Team and Ride Verification Teams with entry information, visa process and booking travel.\nResearch travel entry and visa requirements to foreign countries.\nSupport team members with visa applications, research and supporting documents\nReview and book domestic and international flight and rental car options\nResearch and book travel accommodations\nPopulate border and travel documents for deploying team members\nUpdate employee files and records\nOversee rewards and recognition program for field team members\nReview, update, and format documents for Field Services\nIdentify opportunities for improvements to processes, workflows, and tools\nBe the expert in all things travel\nAll other assigned administrative tasks as required\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:\nPost-secondary diploma or degree in related fields of business, travel, project management is considered an asset\nExperience with researching or booking business travel is required\nExperience with processing and researching visas for travel is a strong asset\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nHighly organized and detail-oriented\nAbility to multi-task\nAbility to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization\nExcellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nSelf-starter and energetic\nMust be able to ensure the highest level of confidentiality\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:\nExpected salary range: $50,000-$60,000\n3 weeks paid vacation\nCompany-paid extended health and dental benefits\nAnnual Wellness Wallet\nBonus eligibility\nRRSP matching (after 1 year of service)\nFree outdoor parking\nADDITIONAL INFORMATION:\nHuman-led Hiring\nProSlide does not use artificial intelligence (AI) to screen, assess, or select applicants.
