# Deployment Coordinator

The Deployment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Field Services Operations through the deployment of team members around the world. In this role, you will support critical day-to-day operations to support planning, organizing, and preparing team members for their deployments to clients’ water parks. Please note this is an in-office position, located at our head office in Ottawa, ON, address: 2650 Queensview Dr. Unit #150, Ottawa, ON K2B 8H6. Number of vacancies for this role: 1 YOUR CHALLENGE: Deployment Planning: Collaborate with the GFS Field Lead and Project Managers on upcoming project needs for manpower and scheduling Manage and maintain the deployment schedules Partner with project management, and customer service to assign field services team members to construction and after-sales projects Support the Global Field Services Team and Ride Verification Teams with entry information, visa process and booking travel. Research travel entry and visa requirements to foreign countries. Support team members with visa applications, research and supporting documents Review and book domestic and international flight and rental car options Research and book travel accommodatio
