If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence outcomes and grow your career, this is it.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nCoordinating the underwriting of commercial loan applications.\nConducting bank statement analysis and financial statement analysis.\nProviding in-depth detailed analysis of financial statements, industry risk, and credit risk.\nPresenting deals to Credit Committee (i.e Executives, Credit Risk, Finance etc) with a comprehensive understanding of the risk and associated mitigants in each transaction, as well as providing a strong recommendation on the proposed outcome and offered insight to upper management regarding credit decisions.\nPreparing clear, thorough and informative credit papers for each application.\nWhat You'll Bring\nMinimum 3 to 5 years underwriting / Credit analyst experience required\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field desirable but not necessary\nPreviously held a DLA (delegated lending authority)\nExperience in commercial lending\nExperience with business financial documents such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, AR/RP\nStrong credit risk acumen and commercial judgement\nExperience with property secured lending is advantageous\nFamiliarity with personal and company credit reports, ASIC searches, and other various background information\nStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skills\nHighly organised and ability to follow processes\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to interact professionally with management, sales, and business owners\nExperience in a high-pressured environment working to deadlines\nDon’t let a confidence gap get in the way of submitting your application.\nDon't let a confidence gap get in the way of submitting your application.\nWhat we offer:\nAs a busy grow getter, our benefits are here to help you be unstoppable in your mission.
