You will require tact and diplomacy in order to build excellent interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders including colleagues across the school and trust, parents and external agencies.\nWe’re looking for someone who:\nPossesses a minimum of NQF level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English\nUnderstands the role of Teaching Assistant plays within a SEN classroom\nHas experience of working with children and/or young people with communication, severe, profound or complex learning difficulties is highly desirable\nHas knowledge of child protection, health and safety, confidentiality and data protection\nIs collaborative in nature, focused on the continued improvement of the school and student success\nIs Committed to high professional standards and developing professional skills and knowledge\nMain purpose of the job:\nYou will be a part of apassionate team making a lasting impact.
