The candidate must possess the following characteristics: exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong writing skills, high ability to multi-task, meticulous attention to detail, a strong desire to learn, willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and the ability to prioritize quickly and efficiently. \nKey Responsibilities:\nWork directly with Prosperity's existing Billing and Administrative teams, and company Partners to coordinate the administrative functions of the firm;\nResponsible for various internal accounting-related functions including: monthly client billings and collections; accounts payable; staff time-sheet tracking and reporting;\nCommunicate with clients on billing and collections matters;\nReception, document management, mailings, purchasing, and planning client meetings and office events.\nProsperity Partners provides a dynamic work environment, significant growth opportunities, and opportunity to work directly with company leaders.
