Due to the collaborative nature of our work, employees are expected to be in the office two days per week.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;\nCPA license or active progress toward CPA certification preferred;\n4-8 years of public accounting audit experience;\nStrong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards;\nExperience working with the financial services industry, more specifically broker-dealers, investment partnerships/hedge funds and private equity funds;\nExperience with Quality of Earnings reporting is a plus;\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;\nExperience with audit software and data analysis tools preferred;\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills;\nAbility to manage multiple engagements, priorities, and deadlines;\nExperience supervising and mentoring junior staff preferred;\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism;\nAvailability to work in the office at least 2 days per week.\nProsperity Partners is a people-focused professional services business with a strong culture, talented professionals, and exceptional clients.
