Due to the collaborative nature of our work, employees are expected to be in the office two days per week.\nQualifications: \nAccounting Degree from an accredited four-year university;\nCPA designation or working to obtain CPA qualification;\nPrior accounting experience via full-time employment. A strong interest in taxation is important;\nProven understanding of transactional accounting and entries and the ability to draft GAAP-based financial reports;\nProficient in accounting/tax software programs such as Quickbooks, Intacct, Prosystem FX, and/or CCH Axcess is strongly preferred;\nSuccess in prior work experience with the ability to self-manage & prioritize assignments and client interface;\nA strong work ethic combined with a positive, collaborative attitude;\nSelf-motivated and comfortable excelling in both solo and team driven environments;\nEffective verbal and written communication skills;\nAvailability to work in the office at least 2 days per week. \nProsperity Partners is a people-focused professional services business with a strong culture, talented professionals, and exceptional clients.
