staffing, patient flow, and bed assignments\n\nRound on all departments and oversee patient care delivery\n\nEnsure compliance with regulatory standards (EMTALA, Joint Commission, State DOH)\n\nCollaborate with nursing leadership, physicians, infection control, case management, and ancillary departments\n\nSupport timely discharges and patient transfers\n\nHandle escalations, complaints, and unusual occurrences\n\nInitiate disciplinary actions in coordination with department managers\n\nParticipate in performance improvement initiatives\n\nSupport staff education, mentorship, and onboarding\n\nMaintain fiscal responsibility for staffing and resources\n\nPerform documentation and communicate operational issues appropriately\n\nRequired Qualifications\nActive New Jersey RN license\n\nAssociate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing\n\nBSN minimum required\n\nAdvanced Masters degree programs satisfy the BSN requirement (e.g., ADN to MSN)\n\nBehavioral Health experience is a must\n\nMinimum of four (4) years of recent clinical experience\n\nDemonstrated leadership skills\n\nAbility to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations\n\nWorking knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and/or
