This role combines IT administration, collaboration platform design, SharePoint architecture, Power Platform enablement, analytics, and user support.\nThe successful candidate will act as the internal expert and platform owner for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform, ensuring the ecosystem is secure, usable, scalable, and actively adopted across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nMicrosoft Teams & Collaboration Design\nDesign and deploy Microsoft Teams environments for projects, programs, and communities of practice\nConfigure channels, tabs, apps, and integrations to improve discoverability and usability\nEstablish naming conventions, templates, and standards\nSupport advanced meeting and collaboration use cases\nSupport advanced meeting and collaboration use cases\nSharePoint Online Architecture & Customization\nDesign and build SharePoint Online sites, hubs, and pages that function as internal microsites and knowledge hubs\nImplement information architecture, metadata, document libraries, and permissions\nBe a Power User of Microsoft Lists and Leverage it for workflows\nCustomize SharePoint using modern web parts, JSON formatting, Power Apps, and Power Automate\nIntegrate SharePoint sites seamlessly into Microsoft Teams\nApply branding and navigation within governance guidelines\nLeverage SPFx selectively when native functionality is insufficient\nPower Platform & Analytics\nBuild and publish Power BI dashboards and reports\nConnect Power BI to SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, and other enterprise data sources\nEmbed dashboards into Teams and SharePoint\nCreate Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, and process automation\nDevelop lightweight Power Apps for forms and structured data capture\nUse Microsoft Lists to track work, risks, actions, and stakeholders\nEnablement, Governance & Adoption\nDevelop templates, standards, and best practices for Microsoft 365 usage\nTrain and enable users to use tools effectively and consistently\nBalance flexibility with enterprise governance and security requirements\nReduce dependency on external consultants through internal capability building\nMicrosoft 365 Administration & IT Support\nAdminister the Microsoft 365 tenant, including user accounts, licensing, and access management\nManage Entra ID (Azure AD), security groups, permissions, and role-based access\nConfigure and maintain Teams and SharePoint Admin Centers\nSupport users with access, permissions, sync, and collaboration issues\nPartner with security and IT stakeholders on conditional access, compliance, and governance\nProvide Tier 2/3 support and act as escalation point for Microsoft 365-related issues\nRequired Experience\n5+ years of experience deploying and administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform\nExperience supporting users and resolving real-world collaboration and access issues\nDemonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable Microsoft 365 solutions\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online (modern experience)\nStrong understanding of permissions, governance, and information architecture\nPower BI report and dashboard development experience\nPower Automate and Power Apps (power user level)\nFamiliarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 Admin Center\nStrong documentation and communication skills\nAbility to work independently and exercise sound technical judgment\nEducation & Certifications\nDiploma or degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience\nMicrosoft certifications are highly preferred but not mandatory, including:\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate\nMicrosoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Associate\nPower BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)\nPower Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)\nWhat Success Looks Like\nClean, intuitive Teams and SharePoint environments that users actually adopt\nImproved information discoverability and reduced friction\nScalable templates and standards that align with governance\nDashboards and insights embedded where work happens\nReduced support burden through better platform design\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on Microsoft 365 power user who enjoys building, administering, supporting, and continuously improving collaboration platforms in a real enterprise environment.\nProsperity/Fluid thanks you for your interest in this opportunity.
