The Territory Manager is responsible for building strong clinic teams with an emphasis on providing an exceptional patient experience. The Territory Manager will be familiar with, report on and improve clinic performance based on the key performance indicators. The TM oversees day to day staffing and provides relief staffing within clinics as needed.\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:\nPost-Secondary education in a relevant discipline\nAt least three years' experience in a leadership role ideally within a healthcare environment\nExperience in managing operations ideally within a variety of clinical settings (addiction or mental health specialties preferred) \nWorking level knowledge and comfort with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) \nCurrent certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or other medical certification would be considered an asset. \nSatisfactory criminal reference check \nYou must live within or be able to travel daily to the clinic within the territory. \nValid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel to clinics and meetings\nStrong business acumenHolds self and others accountable\nEmbraces change, proven ability to lead teams through change\nProven ability to build strong internal and external relationships\nOpen to direction\nAbility to formulate, prioritize and execute to achieve desired operational results\nExcellent communicator, both orally and in writing\n\nYOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOperations (80%) \nManages day to day operations of a group of clinics; responsible for clinic performance including regular reporting using appropriate KPIs \nMentors, encourages, supports and guides the clinic staff to build a culture of empowerment, respect and non-judgement for all staff and patients \nSupports and trains all staff, new and current, to provide optimal patient care \nEmpowers staff to work as one team, one service alongside Canadian Addiction Treatment Pharmacies or another pharmacy partners\nEnsures appropriate staffing compliment \nReports high priority/impact issues to the Regional Manager.\nInstigates and facilitates the hiring process; including making staffing requests, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process \nConducts daily/weekly huddle meetings with staff in each clinic to share news, provide feedback, answer questions and listen to staff concerns. Makes changes within clinics to respond to engagement feedback. \nEnsure clinics are operating in a good state of physical repair by taking actions on repair requests as they are needed and proactively identifying areas of improvement \nLiaises with Union Representatives to foster positive working relationships\nMay be required to work in a clinic if a critical staffing issue cannot be resolved \nResponsible for performance reviews of clinic staff with assistance from the Regional Manager.\nPayroll timecard approval (ADP)\nCommunity Engagement (20%) \nSeeks opportunities to develop relationships within the community\nIdentify opportunities to expand services through community partnerships - e.g. Addiction counselling \nEducate and inform direct reports on utilizing community resources; create awareness and identify key employees how may support and assist in Community Engagement efforts\nJOB POSTING DISCLAIMER\nProsperity Workforce Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
