attract top talent in competitive markets.\nPartner with internal teams to create and implement strategies to promote employer branding and improve recruitment processes.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on Engineering, IT, Operations, or similar fields.\nStrong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific hiring practices.\nProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal
