You'll manage multiple implementations simultaneously while working closely with customers and internal teams to keep projects organized, remove blockers, and ensure customers are prepared to operate successfully in Prospyr.\nWhat You'll Own\nImplementation Project Management\nOwn customer implementations from Sales handoff through successful go-live.\n\nBuild and manage implementation plans, milestones, responsibilities, and timelines.\n\nCoordinate customer and internal stakeholders throughout the project.\n\nIdentify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive them toward resolution.\n\nMaintain clear communication around project status and next steps.\n\nPlatform Configuration\nGuide customers through configuration of their Prospyr environment.\n\nHelp customers translate existing operational workflows into Prospyr.\n\nCoordinate setup across areas such as:\nProviders and staff\n\nLocations\n\nScheduling\n\nServices and catalog\n\nForms and consents\n\nPayments\n\nPatient communications\n\nInventory\n\nMemberships\n\nOnline booking\n\nIntegrations and other applicable features\n\nValidate configuration prior to go-live.\n\nData Migration & Integrations\nCoordinate data migration requirements between customers and internal technical teams.\n\nHelp customers understand what data is required and how it should be prepared.\n\nTrack migration progress and validate readiness with the customer.\n\nCoordinate third-party integrations and dependencies when applicable.\n\nEscalate technical blockers with clear documentation and business impact.\n\nTraining & Go-Live Readiness\nCoordinate and deliver role-based customer training.\n\nEnsure administrators, providers, front-desk teams, and other users understand the workflows relevant to their roles.\n\nDevelop a clear go-live readiness checklist for each implementation.\n\nIdentify knowledge gaps before launch and coordinate additional training where needed.\n\nProvide additional support during the transition into live operations.\n\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify recurring implementation friction and opportunities to improve Prospyr's onboarding process.\n\nHelp develop implementation templates, playbooks, checklists, documentation, and training resources.\n\nPartner with Product and Engineering on recurring implementation blockers.\n\nHelp move repeatable onboarding activities toward scalable self-service experiences.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nCustomers launch on time with minimal disruption to their businesses.\n\nImplementation timelines and responsibilities are clear to customers and internal teams.\n\nData migration and configuration issues are identified before go-live.\n\nCustomers enter ongoing CX management with strong platform knowledge and clearly defined workflows.\n\nTime-to-value and time-to-go-live improve as implementation processes become more standardized.\n\nFewer post-launch support issues originate from incomplete configuration or training.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-4+ years of SaaS implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer success experience.\n\nStrong project-management and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.\n\nComfortable learning complex software and becoming highly proficient in product configuration.\n\nStrong customer communication and training skills.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot problems and coordinate effectively with technical teams.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-moving environment where processes continue to evolve.\n\nHealthcare, EMR, medical aesthetics, wellness, payments, or vertical SaaS experience is a plus.\n\nRole Philosophy\nImplementation owns the question:\n“What needs to happen to get this customer successfully live on Prospyr?”\nThe Implementation Specialist drives that process from beginning to end, while creating a clean transition to the CXM who will own the customer's long-term
