Anforderungen im Bereich Retail Payments und/oder Interbank Payments.\n\nAnalyse und Optimierung der End-to-End-Zahlungsverarbeitung: von der Zahlungsinitiierung über Validierung, Routing, Clearing und Settlement bis zur Verbuchung und Reconciliation.\n\nÜbersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare Spezifikationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT.\n\nBegleitung der Weiterentwicklung von Zahlungsverkehrsplattformen, Payment Engines und Bankschnittstellen.\n\nBerücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen, insbesondere Compliance, Sanktionsprüfung, AML und Fraud Prevention.\n\nMitarbeit in agilen Projektteams sowie Einbringen aktueller Entwicklungen im nationalen und internationalen Zahlungsverkehr.\n\nErfahrung auf Professional-Level, idealerweise drei bis fünf Jahre als Business Analyst oder Product Owner bei einer Bank, einem Finanzdienstleister oder im Financial-Services-Consulting.\n\nFundierte Erfahrung im Schweizer und internationalen Zahlungsverkehr, insbesondere Retail Payments und/oder Interbank Payments.\n\nGute Kenntnisse der Schweizer Zahlungsverkehrsinfrastruktur, insbesondere SIC (RTGS), SIC Instant Payments und Swiss Payment Standards (SPS).\n\nFundierte Kenntnisse von SEPA, SWIFT und Cross-Border Payments.\n\nGute Kenntnisse von ISO 20022 und den Nachrichtenformaten pain, pacs und camt.\n\nAusgeprägtes Verständnis der End-to-End-Zahlungsverarbeitung sowie der relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen.\n\nErfahrung mit Zahlungsverkehrsplattformen, Payment Engines und Bankschnittstellen wie EBICS.\n\nProjekterfahrung im agilen Umfeld und Kenntnisse in Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe.\n\nZertifizierung als Scrum Product Owner, IREB CPRE oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.\n\nVerhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse.\n\nWohnsitz in der Schweiz und Bereitschaft zu einer befristeten Anstellung für den
