You've bought and sold on OLX. You've paid with PayU. Chances are, you've already used a Prosus company today.\n\nWe are Prosus, a global technology company powering some of the world's leading lifestyle ecommerce businesses. Every day, billions of people across India, Latin America, Europe and beyond use our products and services to buy, sell, pay, connect and discover.\n\nOur AI-driven ecosystem spans 100+ companies across ecommerce, food delivery, fintech and experiences, serving billions of consumers worldwide. AI powers how we operate and innovate, with more than 60,000 active AI agents helping our teams build, scale and move faster. Through our investment team, we also back the founders and technologies shaping the future: From robotics and autonomous systems to synthetic biology and frontier AI.\n\nGuided by our five values Innovation, Results, People, Impact, and Entrepreneurship, culture is our competitive advantage. We thrive with experimentation; we build, we test, we learn, we iterate.\n\n AI Automation Intern (Sustainability)\n\n Location: Amsterdam\n\n Employment Type: Full time\n\n Location Type: Hybrid\n\n Department: People\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nJoin our global sustainability reporting team and help reinvent how we use technology and AI to bring greater transparency, efficiency, and accountability to ESG reporting. As stakeholder expectations and regulations evolve, we’re building the future of sustainability intelligence.\n\nWe’re looking for someone passionate about the intersection of tech and sustainability, who’s eager to simplify systems and data by developing digital-first tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, global teams and wants to shape the next generation of ESG reporting.\n\nWho You Are\n\nYou’re passionate about sustainability and innovation, always exploring how emerging tech—like AI—can drive real-world ESG impact. You enjoy coding, structuring data, and building automated solutions that solve complex problems.\n\nYou thrive in global, cross-functional teams, communicate inclusively, and navigate diverse work cultures with ease. Analytical and solution-oriented, you turn regulatory complexity into clear, tech-driven actions.\n\nAn entrepreneurial self-starter, you’re adaptable, results-focused, and eager to work on cutting-edge sustainability projects.\n\nYou’re a recent graduate with a background in tech, strategy, data, economics or sustainability, based in the Netherlands (with the right to work here), passionate about using technology to solve sustainability challenges—and ready to grow in an international, dynamic setting.\n\nWhat you bring\n\n Strong interest in sustainability, ESG reporting, and emerging regulations (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, ISSB). Experience in application or through studies is a plus.\n\n Passion for technology and AI, with experience or interest in process automation, data integration, or reporting systems.\n\n Experience with data analysis, coding, building AI bots, or automating systems is a plus.\n\n Comfortable with systems such as G-suite, Microsoft Office, etc.\n\n Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity.\n\n Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n A self-starter mindset: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.\n\n Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.\n\n Bachelor’s degree or higher.\n\nWhy Prosus?\n\nAt Prosus, your colleagues include 60,000 AI agents… and your job is to figure out what that actually means. We're one of the largest operators of agentic AI on the planet, inside a $100B+ portfolio across 100+ companies and two billion people. The humans here own what AI can't do alone: judgment, creativity, and the call on what gets built next.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3899,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Netherlands","iso":"NL","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["E-commerce Platforms","Investment Holding Companies"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-30T18:16:15Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":60,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.602,"p_room":1,"age_days":5,"expected_fill_days":28,"reasons":["seen:5","stale_co","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-11-05T05:54:30Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/prosus-ai-automation-intern-sustainability","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/prosus-ai-automation-intern-sustainability.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-05T10:54:54Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":14007,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-06T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":15163},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=15163"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fprosus-ai-automation-intern-sustainability"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fprosus-ai-automation-intern-sustainability"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fprosus-ai-automation-intern-sustainability"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/prosus-ai-automation-intern-sustainability\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fprosus-ai-automation-intern-sustainability"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3537873}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"prosus.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3537873},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
