Generative AI, motion design, and automated production workflows are redefining what a small creative team can ship. We need someone who can bridge classic design craft and emerging AI tools to help us produce brand-quality visuals, motion graphics, and AI-generated content that stands out.\nWe're looking for a Visual Design Intern who can help us figure out how to integrate AI-driven storytelling into our daily creative output - without sacrificing taste or craft. This is a 6-month hands-on role with the potential for extension or conversion to a longer term position.\nDeliver brand-consistent visual design across digital and print touchpoints that elevates the Prosus visual identity\n\nProduce motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects, Figma, and related tools from concept through to final delivery\n\nSupport photo and video production alongside our photographer and videographer - on shoots, in editing, and in post-production\n\nGenerate AI-driven video and visual content using tools such as Veo, Runway, Pika, and other emerging platforms, and evaluate which deliver production-quality results\n\nResearch and surface new AI tools and generative media trends, identifying concrete opportunities for the creative team to innovate\n\nContribute to storyboards, prompt design, and experimental visual narratives that bridge creativity and technology\n\nWho You Are\nYou're a design-school-trained creative with genuine aesthetic taste - someone who notices the details others miss and cares deeply about craft. You're equally comfortable in Figma and After Effects as you are experimenting with a new AI video tool for the first time. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment and bring curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to get hands dirty across the full production pipeline. You're the kind of person who sees a new tool and immediately wants to break it, understand it, and make something beautiful with it.\nYou should apply if:\nYou have formal design training (design school or equivalent) and a portfolio that shows real aesthetic judgment\n\nYou think in motion - animations, motion graphics, VFX - and know your way around After Effects, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite\n\nYou're curious about AI generative tools (Veo, Runway, Pika) and excited to explore their creative potential\n\nYou're comfortable on a production set - supporting photographers and videographers, handling edits and post-production\n\nYou want to grow into a longer-term role and are motivated by real projects with real impact\n\nMust have:\nDegree in or currently studying at a design school, or equivalent demonstrated background in visual design, graphic design, or a related creative discipline\n\nHands-on proficiency with Figma, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere\n\nStrong aesthetic sensibility and attention to visual detail, honed through formal design training\n\nProficiency in visual storytelling - from concept development through to execution\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment\n\nCurious, self-motivated, and eager to explore the intersection of design and technology\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in video editing, motion graphics, digital motion graphics, or VFX\n\nPrior experience or coursework in AI-assisted content creation using tools like Veo, Runway, or Pika\n\nExposure to production workflows - photography, videography, or studio environments\n\nUnderstanding of brand identity systems and corporate design standards\n\nWhy Prosus?\nAt Prosus, your colleagues include 60,000 AI agents…and your job is to figure out what that actually means.
