If you have prior military service or government contracting experience, are proud to serve and support our nation, and want to help support ProSync's mission to \"Define and Redefine the State of Possible,” please apply today!\nRESPONSIBILITIESProvide quality management support aligning with ISO 9001:2015 standards, including documentation, audits, and maintaining quality records.\n\nStandardize, document, and maintain functional processes, procedures, and SOPs for quality functions, such as document control, customer satisfaction tracking, and metrics management.\nIdentify inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operations.\nOversee, train, and provide guidance to personnel regarding technical and quality procedures.\nMaintain and enforce the organization's Quality Plan and ensure operational compliance.\nPerform audits, quality assessments, and ensure department-wide adherence to quality standards.\nPrepare, review, and manage documentation required for program compliance, certification, and operational procedures.\nSupport multiple programs simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engineers to maintain quality and reliability in mission-critical systems.\nRequirements\nA Minimum of 3 year of professional experience in quality assurance or control, preferable experience in military or defense industry programs.\nFoundational knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards or the ability to acquire certification within the initial period of employment.\nCompetency in inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other software tools.\nA minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.\nEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nA High school Diploma, related military experience, trade/industrial school graduate or GED equivalent.\nBenefits\nJoin PROSYNC and enjoy our great benefits!\nCompensation\nWe also offer bonuses that are awarded quarterly to our employees and our compensation rates are highly competitive.\nHealth & Retirement\nWe offer a comprehensive Health Benefits package and 401K retirement plan so you can take care of yourself and your family, now and in the future.
