If you have prior military service or government contracting experience, are proud to serve and support our nation, and want to help support ProSync's mission to \"Define and Redefine the State of Possible,” please apply today!\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAn Export Compliance Specialist experience must demonstrate the following:\nReview proposed exports, foreign disclosures, technical exchanges, and international engagements for compliance with applicable export control regulations.\nSupport the preparation, submission, tracking, and management of export license applications and related authorization requests.\nEvaluate technical data, program documentation, and system information to determine export control applicability and licensing requirements.\nProvide guidance to program teams, engineers, and stakeholders regarding International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and other applicable export compliance requirements.\nConduct compliance reviews of program activities involving foreign persons, international partners, and controlled technologies.\nAssist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of export compliance processes, policies, and procedures.\nMaintain records and documentation supporting export authorization requests, approvals, exemptions, and compliance activities.\nSupport audits, inspections, and assessments related to export control compliance.\nCoordinate with security, legal, contracting, and program management personnel to ensure regulatory requirements are properly incorporated into operations.\nMonitor regulatory changes and provide recommendations regarding impacts to programs and compliance processes.\nPrepare reports, briefings, and written correspondence related to export compliance activities.\nAssist in identifying potential export control violations and support corrective action and mitigation efforts when necessary.\nRequirements\nThree (3) or more years’ experience supporting export compliance, international programs, foreign disclosure, technology transfer, regulatory compliance, or related activities. \nWorking knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and U.S. export control regulations.\nExperience reviewing technical, contractual, or program documentation for export compliance considerations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to research, interpret, and apply regulatory guidance.\nAbility to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.\nMust hold an active IAT/IAM Level II certification. (i.e. Security+, CySA+, SSCP, GICSP, GSEC, CND, CCNA Security, CASP+/SecurityX, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCNP Security, CCSP, etc.) \n A minimum Secret security clearance with Special Access Request (SAR) eligibility or higher is required to be considered for this position.\nEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nA Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university (OR) an Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of additional export compliance experience may be substituted.
