satisfaction across multiple high-impact projects.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience.\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with advanced DV flow development and integration\nProficiency in:\nSystemVerilog / UVM\nAdvanced Testbench architecture development\nFlow automation and deployment\nExperience debugging RTL, gate-level, and test-related issues\nStrong Debug & Problem-Solving Skills\nStrong foundation in digital design, SoC architecture, and silicon development flows\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Application Engineering, Field Engineering, or customer-facing technical roles\nExposure to silicon bring-up and manufacturing test\nKnowledge of CDC/RDC, formal verification, and low-power flows\nGood understanding of DFT concepts Scan, ATPG, IJTAG, BIST etc.\nExperience supporting SoC-scale designs in advanced process nodes\nExperience working with global customers and distributed teams\nFamiliarity with EDA tools and verification environments\nResponsibilities\n-Customer Enablement & Technical Support\n-Serve as a primary technical interface for proteanTecs customers (Focus Noth America)\n-Support customers with:\nIntegration of proteanTecs IP into customer design, and signoff (Logic and DV)\nIntegration of proteanTecs DV flow into customer environment\nDebug customer issues involving:\nproteanTecs DV flow integration\nRTL and gate-level simulations\n-Reproduce customer issues and work closely with proteanTecs R&D teams to drive resolution\n-Help customers correlate pre-silicon verification results with post-silicon behavior\n-Create and maintain Application notes and Integration guides\n-Act as the voice of the customer within proteanTecs\n-Provide structured feedback to R&D and Product Management based on real customer usage\n-Participate in feature validation and early access programs\n-Influence product roadmap with insights from customer engagements\nPersonal skills\nStrong customer-facing communication and presentation skills\nAbility to translate complex technical issues into actionable guidance\nExcellent problem-solving and debugging mindset\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments\nAbility to manage multiple customer engagements in
