Duties include performing work involving the skills of two or more trades to maintain building and common areas components and structures. Duties may involve carpentry, concrete, light electrical, light plumbing, painting, drywall, etc. You will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, ordering materials and outlining job responsibilities for technicians scheduled for the job site and other supervisory functions.\nResponsible for performing visual observation on various building components and site amenities and immediately reporting all hazardous and life safety concerns to company management. \nRead technical data and manufacture specifications and perform repairs and installations.\nRespond to maintenance requests and perform repairs and installations per work orders or scope of work. \nAssist with coworkers’ needs as directed by Management. \nJob site evaluation to identify the amount and type of materials needed to complete the job. \nPurchase and deliver materials for the job\nPerforms all work using best installation and application practices. \nRead all technical data and MSD information to maintain high-level safety on jobs and follow Safety Code of Conduct. \nProcure and deliver materials for jobs.\nMaintain high-level safety on jobs and follow the safety code of conduct.\nPerforms clean, professional, up-to-code work. \nCommunicate field observations and job statuses to Management\nAttend training and meetings as directed by Management. \nRecord all time and expenses in ProTec Connect Daily. \nRequirements\nSkills and Abilities\nGeneral Maintenance Technician requires two to three years of working experience in at least 2 of the following trades: Framing, Concrete, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Painting, Welding, Drywall, Stucco, Masonry, and/or Roofing.\nTrade, OSHA, and Equipment Certifications are a plus but not a requirement for the position. \nValid Driver’s License without any driving restrictions, no DUI or DWI in the past five years. \nAbility to use various construction, power, and hand tools.
