a plus but not a requirement for the position. \nValid Driver’s License without any restrictions, no DUI or DWI in the past five years. \nAbility to use various construction, power, and hand tools. \nPossesses all necessary tools to complete various job assignments. \nKnowledgeable and ability to perform research and problem-solving in most aspects of construction and maintenance. \nHas working knowledge of construction materials, material applications, and tools.\nSelf-starter, and the ability to work unsupervised.\nGood communication skills.\nResponsible for the safety of the site, team, and self.\nProficient with technology including basic computer skills, software, smartphone, and tablet. \nTransportation is required and must be reliable, presentable in working conditions, and able to transport and deliver materials and tools such as ladders, wheelbarrows, and other equipment to the worksites.\nPhysical Abilities: The ability to lift 50 pounds, work at heights and able to work in extreme weather conditions, able to continually climb, balance, stoop, and kneel sometimes for prolonged periods of time is required.\nRequirements\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nResponsible for performing visual observation on various building components and site amenities and immediately reporting all hazardous and life safety concerns to company management. \nLead teams on projects and repairs as directed by company management.\nRead technical data and manufacture specifications and perform repairs and installations.\nRespond to maintenance requests and perform repairs and installations per work orders or scope of work. \nAssist with coworkers’ needs as directed by Management. \nJob site evaluation to identify the amount and type of materials needed to complete the job. \nPerform all work using the best installation and application process. \nProcure and deliver materials for jobs. \nRead all technical data and MSD information to
