regular performance reports to senior management.\n\nDeal Leadership & Internal Coordination: Lead complex, high-value opportunities, mentor junior business development engineers, and ensure seamless project handovers to operations teams.\n\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural Engineering is highly preferred).\n\nExperience: +5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Tendering, or Commercial Marketing within the Construction & Contracting sector.\n\nCore Expertise: Solid track record in project scouting, client relationship management (CRM), tendering, and pre-qualification (PQ) processes.\n\nIndustry Knowledge: Strong understanding of contracting procedures, commercial practices, and dealing with developers, consultants, and government entities.\n\nSkills & Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM software.\n\nLanguage: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) to efficiently handle international clients and complex tender
