and claims during the post-tender phase before formal award.\nRequirements\n• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.\n• Experience: 5-7 years of solid experience in Construction Tendering and Contracts.\n• Industry: Contracting / Industrial Construction sector experience is a strong plus.\n• Contract Knowledge: Deep understanding of FIDIC contracts and local procurement laws.\n• Software: Excellent in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6 (Asset).\n• Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must for preparing official contracts and technical
