projects.\nWorking collaboratively with HR, IT, vendors, and business partners, the HRIS Analyst will gain exposure to enterprise HR systems, reporting tools, and data solutions while helping improve the employee technology experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport HRIS administration, system configuration, data maintenance, security, and end-user needs.\nDevelop and maintain reports using SQL, Excel, and HR reporting tools.\nInvestigate and troubleshoot system and data issues, identifying solutions or escalating as appropriate.\nSupport system upgrades, enhancements, releases, and implementations through testing and documentation.\nValidate and maintain employee data to ensure accuracy and data integrity.\nSupport HR system integrations, access, security roles, and routine technical processes.\nPartner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to identify system, data, and reporting needs.\nMaintain system documentation and follow established privacy, security, Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field.\n1 to 2 years of cumulative experience in HRIS, HR technology, business systems, reporting, data analysis, systems support, or a related area.\nWorking knowledge of SQL with experience querying, validating, or analyzing data.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, validation, and reporting.\nExperience supporting an HRIS, HCM, ERP, payroll, CRM, or similar business application.\nDemonstrated ability to investigate and troubleshoot system or data issues.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with enterprise HCM platforms such as ADP or UKG Pro.\nExperience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Cognos.\nFamiliarity with relational databases, data marts, system integrations, or Databricks.\nExperience with system configuration, testing, implementations, upgrades, or
