They will complete program installations, repairs, maintenance tasks, and diagnose errors or technical problems that arise and determine what solution will be most effective.\nEssential Functions:\nChecks T-Sheet calendar daily for scheduled appointments\nReports to the dealers per assigned schedule\nPicks up keys at dealership for the purpose of opening a vehicle for installation\nOn rare occasions, moves vehicles if parked in a tight space with limited access for installation\nEnsures proper installation of program to avoid installation errors\nCommunicates with dealer management regarding installation schedules\nKeeps lot at 100% completion with program installs (All inventory must be completed & installed by Friday of each week)\nCommunicates to dealer management and home office regarding failed installations\nLabels and tracks all vehicles properly\nAlways maintains a professional appearance and wears company uniform\nNew Dealer Launches:\nTravels to dealers for launch when required\nDrives and/or flies to designated launch locations\nMaintains a valid Real ID and/or travel passport\nEducation and Qualification Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nValid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage\nPrior experience as a field service technician\nProficient use of the following tools:\nWire Crimper\nWire Stripper\nPower Drill\nAutomotive Multimeter/Voltmeter\nBit Set for Panel Removals\nAbility to travel and work according to a changing schedule\nExcellent time management skills\nAbility to problem-solve\nStrong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively for training purpose\n\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements:\nAbility to drive between dealership locations to perform onsite installations and service tasks\nAbility to hear and talk, both in person and by phone\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally when transporting tools or materials\nMust be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms, and stand for extended periods during installation work\nAbility to perform tasks in awkward or confined spaces, such as under dashboard or inside of trunk, for extended period to access wiring and panels\nManual dexterity and fine motor skills sufficient to handle small components and operate precision hand tools, small wires, and connectors\nAbility to use a power drill and bit set for extended periods, which requires moderate grip strength, wrist stability, and upper body strength\nCapability to read and operate automotive multimeters/voltmeters, requiring visual acuity and hand-eye coordination safely and accurately\nVision acuity required to include close vision, color vision, distant vision, and the ability to adjust focus\nAbility to grasp objects such as a telephone or computer mouse, finger dexterity to use a keyboard, calculator, and standard office equipment\nAbility to frequently sit for long periods of
