We are a rapidly growing business and looking for a career focused individual that would like to create a career in the automotive space.\nEssential Job Duties & Responsibilities:\nConducts New Dealer Launches (may require travel depending on location)\nProvides post Launch Support & Training\nProvides Service & Support for Dealers & Sales Department\nAssists with Project Management\nShadows Zoom Presentations/Sales Trainings for Dealers\nAssists with Travel Coordination for Launches & Training Schedules\nCommunicates Schedule and Dealer Visit Recap to Management\nMonitors Dealer Performance and KPI’s for Dealer Health/Production\nSupport Account Reps for Dealers that are assigned as Managed Dealerships thru Agent Partners\nMakes Sales Calls for New Dealers and Opportunities in Designated Territory\nEducation & Experience Required:\nHigh-School Diploma\nCar Dealer Experience in a sales or sales support capacity is a PLUS\nAbility to maintain an upbeat, positive, friendly attitude and effectively communicate with diverse audiences\nStrong computer skills\nProcess-driven\nMust be able to travel\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements:\nVision acuity is required to include close vision, color vision, distant vision, and the ability to adjust focus\nAbility to grasp objects such a telephone or computer mouse, finger dexterity to use a keyboard, calculator, and standard office equipment\nAbility to walk, stand, reach with hands and arms;
