As Product Manager for GenAI, you’ll shape how conversational assistants, policy advisors, and agentic solutions show up inside Protegrity’s installed products, turning complex security and compliance requirements into experiences customers trust.\nYou’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to validate ideas early and bring them to market with rigor. It’s a role built on continuous learning, as security and AI standards evolve quickly, and you’ll help define what responsible GenAI product development looks like at Protegrity.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDefine and deliver the roadmap for user-facing GenAI features, including conversational assistants, policy advisors, and agentic solutions, embedded across Protegrity’s cloud and on-prem products.\n\nPartner with customers and design partners to validate new features and accelerate adoption.\n\nConduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.\n\nDefine and track success metrics tied to sales growth, retention, and user satisfaction.\n\nEnsure every feature meets rigorous security and privacy standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and Agents.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n3-6 years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI/ML-enabled products, or security solutions; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n\nDemonstrated ownership across the full product lifecycle, from ideation and PRDs/user stories through development, QA, launch, and iteration.\n\nStrong familiarity with global security and compliance frameworks, such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and OWASP.\n\nProven ability to deliver AI-driven user experiences in enterprise environments.\n\nDocumentation-driven and detail-oriented, with a track record of producing artifacts that align global, cross-functional teams.\n\nExcellent collaboration skills, with experience partnering across engineering, UX, and customers.\n\nHigh personal standards for quality, compliance, and security.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with customer pilots, design partner programs, or early-stage product validation.\n\nBackground working with customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government.\n\nFamiliarity with emerging AI governance frameworks and standards bodies (e.g., NIST, ISO, OWASP working groups).\n\nExperience presenting product strategy to executive or board-level stakeholders.\n\nShould you accept this position, you will be required to consent to and successfully complete a background investigation.
