This role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to translate HR business requirements into effective system solutions. The role combines project delivery with ongoing application support to maintain reliable HR operations and improve business processes.\nThe ideal candidate will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to improve HR processes, support transformation initiatives, and deliver quality solutions while mentoring junior consultants.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Design and Delivery\nLead SAP HCM requirements gathering, process workshops, solution design, and configuration.\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and practical recommendations.\nConfigure and support relevant SAP HCM areas, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll, according to project scope.\nPlan and execute functional testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve defects.\nPrepare process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.\nIntegration and Cross Functional Alignment\nCollaborate with finance and technical teams to support integration between SAP HCM, SAP FI/CO, and related applications.\nSupport employee and organizational data flows across SAP and third-party systems.\nWork with development teams on reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows.\nTransformation and Application Support\nSupport SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and ongoing enhancements.\nContribute to data migration, validation, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.\nInvestigate functional issues, identify root causes, and recommend sustainable improvements.\nApply appropriate controls for sensitive employee data and role-based access.\nManage SAP HCM incidents, service requests, and configuration changes in line with agreed service levels\nInvestigate recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with technical teams and SAP support.\nSupport release testing and regression testing, maintain support documentation, and communicate issue status to business users.\nProgram and Team Leadership\nOwn assigned HCM workstreams, including estimates, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.\nCommunicate progress and recommendations to business stakeholders and project leadership.\nMentor junior consultants and review deliverables for quality and consistency.\nContribute to proposals, statements of work, and effort estimates.\nRequirements\nSAP HCM Expertise\nStrong working knowledge of the SAP HCM module and its core HR processes.\nHands-on configuration and support experience in one or more core areas: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, or Payroll.\nUnderstanding of employee master data, organizational structures, personnel actions, and relevant business rules.\nExperience translating HR requirements into SAP functional designs.\nImplementation and Integration Experience\nExperience providing ongoing SAP HCM application support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and service request delivery.\nExperience delivering SAP HCM implementations, enhancements, or support engagements.\nFamiliarity with integration between SAP HCM, finance, and external HR or payroll applications.\nExperience with testing, data migration, issue resolution, and deployment activities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting multi-country HR environments or complex organizational structures.\nExposure to payroll processing, time evaluation, or employee and manager self-service.\nExperience in SAP transformation programs and HR process standardization.\nNice to Have Skills\nSAP SuccessFactors experience, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, or other SuccessFactors modules.\nExposure to integration between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.\nFamiliarity with SAP Fiori, SAP Integration Suite, or HR reporting and analytics.\nRelevant SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certification.\nKey Competencies\nStrong analytical
