As a Wellness Coach, you will serve as a trusted guide throughout the patient journey-acting as a liaison between patients and the multidisciplinary care team while providing education, support, and accountability every step of the way.\nFull-Time\nFully Remote\nOverview\nProtera Health is seeking a dedicated Wellness Coach to join our multidisciplinary clinical team, helping patients navigate their musculoskeletal (MSK) care journey through synchronous virtual visits and ongoing asynchronous support.\nThis position offers the opportunity to work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and physical therapists as an integral member of the care team. Our goal is to help individuals with back, neck, and joint pain regain function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life while also reducing unnecessary healthcare utilization and cost.\nPosition Summary\nAs a core member of our Clinical team, you will serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their care journey. During synchronous virtual visits, Wellness Coaches promote engagement, accountability, and patient education.
