The ideal candidate will have experience working on AI implementation initiatives, a strong understanding of data, and excellent business analysis skills to drive successful project outcomes.\n\nResponsibilities: \nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for Data & AI-driven solutions.\nGather, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.\nWork closely with Data Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nParticipate in AI solution implementation projects, ensuring business objectives are aligned with technical delivery.\nAnalyse data sources, data quality, data flows, and reporting requirements to support AI and analytics initiatives.\nFacilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and production rollouts.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and AI capabilities.\nPrepare business documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and presentation materials.\nCommunicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders.\n\nThe core requirements for the job include the following:\n\nBusiness Analysis: \n5+ years of Business Analysis experience.\nStrong expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and documentation.\nExperience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.\nAbility to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.\n\nData and AI: \nExperience participating in AI implementation projects is required.\nStrong understanding of data concepts, including: Data analysis, Data models, Data mapping, Data lineage, Data quality, and data governance fundamentals\nFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts such as: Generative AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Predictive Analytics.\nAbility to understand AI use cases and translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.\nTechnical Knowledge (Preferred).\nSQL for data analysis and validation.\nExperience working with BI and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).\nExposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.\nExperience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.\nDomain Preference.\n\nPreferred: \nWealth Management (First Preference).\nBanking (Second
