You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.\nWhat Will Help You Be Successful\nYou enjoy working across infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms to build integrated solutions. \nYou are motivated to learn and interested in all things related to modern infrastructure architecture, including the latest trends and developments. \nYou are passionate about building relationships with clients and providing exceptional experiences. \nYou have an inherent interest in project management and team leadership. \nYou promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members. \nYou create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities. \nYou have interest in contributing to the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business. \nYou excel at identifying opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities. \nYou have interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries. \nDo Your Talents Include the Following?\nDemonstrated experience with: \nDesigning and implementing IT systems spanning multiple operational domains (infrastructure, applications, network, cloud/on-prem). \nIn depth understanding of current enterprise design patterns and norms for basic networking capabilities/concepts (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN segmentation, routing and switching, wireless). \nProven ability to document and rationalize complex or undocumented environments, including creation of dependency maps, architecture diagrams, and system inventories. \nConducting application rationalization and dependency mapping initiatives. \nRecent hands-on experience administrating both Windows Server and Linux operating systems. \nDesigning, implementing, or administering enterprise backup, replication, and continuity solutions for servers, storage, and applications. \nSkilled in capacity planning, performance analysis, and VM/server right-sizing. \nFamiliarity with SMB-scale, on-premises infrastructure technologies. \nWorking familiarity with hypervisor platforms (e.g. VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, or others) \nStrong enterprise network design, deployment, and administration experience. \nBackground working with major enterprise networking and security vendors such as Cisco, Meraki, HPE/Aruba, Juniper, Extreme, Brocade, Palo Alto, and Fortinet. \nAbility to translate business, compliance, vendor, and partner requirements into actionable technical solutions and system configurations. \nExperience converting business continuity and disaster recovery requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans. \nIntegrating IT systems in post-merger or acquisition environments. \nCoordinating with and managing third-party hardware, software, and service vendors. \nEvaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data. \nEstablishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives. \nSuccessfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele. \nAbility to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives. \nLeadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate. \nYour Educational and Professional Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience delivering technology or consulting solutions \n7+ years working in professional services or related field. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access. \nProfessional Certification such as Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL or similar strongly preferred. \nOur Hybrid Workplace\nProtiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.\n$156,180.00 - $249,660.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
