across the global controllership function.\nThis role is ideal for a technically strong accounting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, publicly traded manufacturing environment and is passionate about building scalable processes, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring best-in-class financial governance.\nWhat You Will Do:\nOversee preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy disclosures).\nEnsure consolidated financial statements and disclosures comply with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.\nMonitor and implement new accounting standards and SEC guidance.\nPrepare Audit Committee materials and communicate key financial, accounting, and control updates.\nLead relationships with external auditors and manage quarterly and annual audit activities.\nDirect monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across global entities.\nOversee corporate accounting operations, including the general ledger, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.\nManage global consolidations, foreign currency translation, elimination entries, and segment reporting.\nOversee treasury operations, banking relationships, cash management, and investment activities.\nLead SOX compliance efforts, including internal control design, testing, assessment, and remediation.\nPartner with internal audit and cross-functional teams to maintain a strong control environment and regulatory compliance.\nDrive process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial systems enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.\nImplement technology solutions and best practices to modernize accounting and financial reporting processes.\nLead, develop, and mentor accounting team members while supporting succession planning and organizational growth.\nServe as a key backup and successor to the Global Corporate Controller.\nSupport M&A activities, complex technical accounting matters, strategic finance initiatives, and special projects.\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master's degree in Accounting, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree valued.\nActive CPA license preferred.\n10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong foundation in a publicly traded company environment.\n5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams.\nSignificant experience with SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings) and U.S. GAAP technical accounting.\nDemonstrated experience with SOX compliance, including design and evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).\nExperience in a manufacturing, industrial, or consumer goods environment strongly preferred.\nPublic accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) preferred.\nDeep technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance frameworks.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing accounting concepts, including cost accounting, inventory management, standard costing, and margin analysis.\nProven ability to lead financial close processes and manage complex, multi-entity consolidations.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and implement process automation.\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.\nStrong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams.\nAbility to manage
