In this hands-on role, you'll validate and optimize programs through machine setup, testing, and production runs, helping bring innovative prototype components to life in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDevelop and create CNC programs for CNC Milling machines for quality, cost,or tooling efficiency \nSetup sheet creation and revision\n\nApproval of CNC programs, revisions,and documentation\n\nProvide technical support to Project Engineers, Supervisors, Estimators and CNC Machinists for CNC program creation and/or modification\n\nPrepare CAM files from various sources to include CAD files, prints, and verbal instruction\n\nSet up CNC milling machines and run parts as needed\n\nReview customer documentation for errors and work with Estimators, Operations Manager, Quality, or customers to correct prior to manufacturing\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\nWhat You Bring:\n2+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer required\n\n5+ years of experience as a setup Machinist or Lathe Machinist required\n\nMastercam experience is required.\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n\nBase level of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).\n\nSelf-starter capable fordeveloping quick and accurateturnaround ofprograms within established guidelines.\n\nAbility to manage time and problem solve in a fast-paced environment of constant change.\n\nAbility to work in a team-oriented environment while providing excellent customer service.\n\nAbility to read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure correct tolerances.\n\nDemonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution while being cost-sensitive.\n\nHigh standard of attention to
