From machine setup and calibration to troubleshooting, tooling optimization, and process improvements, you'll play a critical role in maximizing quality, efficiency, and uptime.\nYou'll collaborate closely with operators and cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise on machine performance, tooling strategies, material changeovers, and equipment reliability. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working with cutting-edge manufacturing technology, and making a direct impact on operational success every day.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSet-up, calibrate & perform alarm recovery on CNC mills & supporting equipment\nInstallation, removal & calibration of;
