designated continuous improvement and engineering projects\nAssist and facilitate continuous improvement changes (including 5S activities) by supporting engineering teams in the implementation of projects to improve results\nParticipate in various project teams and activities at the discretion of the Manufacturing Engineer or Sr. Engineering Technician.\nCreate set-ups and execute special operations for specific customer orders at the discretion of the Manufacturing Engineer or Sr. Engineering Technician.\nSupports projects related to new production equipment, process improvement, cost reductions, and new product introductions\nPerform testing and conduct data entry and analysis for various manufacturing projects and efforts as needed.\nWhat You Will Bring:\nHS Diploma or trade school certification\nPrevious experience utilizing Lean, and Continuous Improvement methodologies\nMinimum of 2 years of applicable MFG experience\nAbility to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment\nStrong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams\nResults-oriented\nCapable of handling assignments in a timely manner to meet assigned deadlines\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail\nKnowledge of new and emerging technologies in manufacturing.\nFamiliarity with general Lean Manufacturing concepts and techniques, such as Value Stream Mapping, Kanban System, 5S, and Kaizen philosoph\nWhat Sets You Apart:\nAA Degree in Mechanical, Engineering Technology or Lean or Six Sigma Certification\nExperience with CAD/CAM software, CNC machining, and injection molding technology\nFamiliarity with machining and tooling principles and precision measurement equipment\nA
