You Will Do:\nPartner directly with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and drive business performance.\nServe as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on employee engagement.\nAnalyze workforce trends and people metrics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and develop proactive solutions.\nLead and support organizational initiatives involving workforce compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while providing practical guidance on HR policies and practices.\nChampion employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance retention, and improve organizational effectiveness.\nIdentify development needs within client groups and collaborate with leaders to implement meaningful learning and growth opportunities.\nAct as a change agent by helping leaders and teams successfully navigate transformation and business evolution.\nCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated, scalable HR solutions\nWhat It Takes:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.\n7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including direct partnership with business leaders.\nDemonstrated experience influencing leaders and driving strategic people initiatives in a complex organization.\nStrong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.\nExceptional relationship-building, coaching, and consulting skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to inform decisions.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.\nProven ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.\nA collaborative mindset and the ability to influence without direct authority.\nExperience leading through change and helping organizations adapt in evolving business environments.\nSelf-motivation, resilience, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.\nA passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and building high-performing teams\nWhat Makes You Stand Out:\nExperience supporting manufacturing, operations, engineering, or technology-focused organizations.\nProfessional HR certification such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP.\nExperience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed teams.\nExperience with organizational design,
