Do:\nReview and manage Logistics queues, automated alerts, and order priorities daily.\n\nPartner with Production, Customer Service, and Shipping to schedule orders and maintain on-time delivery (OTD).\n\nDevelop and improve logistics processes, tools, and workflows to support operational efficiency.\n\nAnalyze demand, identify risks, and proactively mitigate potential late orders.\n\nServe as the primary logistics contact for Customer Service inquiries and order-related issues.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve logistics, order entry, batch, quality, and supply-related concerns.\n\nLead continuous improvement projects focused on logistics, inventory, and overall operational performance.\n\nMonitor inventory accuracy, manage consumable supplies, and support inventory optimization initiatives.\n\nAct as the site AX subject matter expert (SME) and support related system processes.\n\nPartner with Supply Chain, Sales, APEX, and SOLO teams to improve responsiveness and maintain OTD.\n\nTrack, analyze, and communicate key metrics, revenue opportunities, and logistics performance data.\n\nSupport training, documentation, invoice review, policy compliance, and other assigned responsibilities.\n\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience\nMinimum of 2 years manufacturing planning/scheduling experience\nStrong information technology skills and knowledge\nAbility to train others on information technology tools and systems\nAbility to analyze data and make informed decisions or recommendations\nAbility to use data to identify opportunities and drive improvements\nAbility to lead cross-functional problem-solving and improvement efforts\nAdvanced understanding of production processes and equipment\nAbility to work across shifts and functions to coordinate activity and solve problems\nAbility to identify opportunities with ambiguity and rapid change, and act on those opportunities\nAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and to delegate when necessary\nAble to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment\nWhat Sets You Apart:\nAPICS certification\nExperience in a manufacturing environment\nExperience with international shipments\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, Customer Portals, etc.\nExperience using UPS and FedEx shipping software\nProficiency with Microsoft Office products\nExceptional MS Excel skillset (macro automation, SQL, VBA, Python, etc.)\nFamiliarity with Freight Forwarding and 3rd party billing processes\nExperience using SalesForce\nExperience
